We are seeking a highly professional, fluent English-speaking Client Service & Operations Support Representative to support a fast-paced residential cleaning company serving Chicago.
This is NOT a traditional call center role and is not a heavily scripted customer service position. Strong decision making and navigating a schedule based on location is a in real time without long pauses is a MUST.
This role requires someone who is confident communicating naturally, thinks well on their feet, exercises good judgment in real time, and can comfortably navigate client situations without relying on rigid scripts or overly structured responses.
You must be highly comfortable speaking fluidly, professionally, and conversationally with clients while balancing scheduling, technician coordination, client communication, follow-through, and operational organization. Proven ability to write professionally without grammatical mistakes or the use of AI is a MUST.

- Answering inbound client calls
- Scheduling and client communication
- Technician coordination and support
- Client follow-up and problem resolution
- Managing scheduling updates and service requests
- Supporting onboarding and operational workflow tasks
- Monitoring and following through on unresolved items
Requirements:
- Fluent, professional English (verbal fluency required)
- Excellent real-time communication and decision-making skills
- Reliable high-speed internet with no lag or connectivity issues. (Prefer if you live in a highly populated urban/metropolitan area that doesn't have internet issues)
- Quiet, professional remote work environment
- Strong computer comfort and responsiveness
- Full-time availability: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM CST (USA Central)
- Reliable attendance and consistency
