PRIMARY ROLE
Contacting customers who have made enquiries for either a mortgage, secured loan or unsecured loan. Service these clients from point of contact through to transfer in a courteous, professional and speedy manner.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Take inbound calls to help customers with new enquiries or existing customers with any questions that they may have.
Log any complaints received in timely manner.
To be proactive, hardworking, flexible and able to work under own initiative but also a team player.
Understand what Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) means and embed this fully within your work.
Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the Believe brands.
Attend internal or external meetings as required.
To undertake any other tasks that would be deemed suitable within this role as directed by line management.
Starting Salary: £23,250.00
OTE £30,000.00
