Easy Lemon is a rapidly growing Lemon Law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and efficient legal support. As our team continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly organized Case Manager to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate with legal clients professionally via phone, email, and SMS
• Handle a high volume of client calls (approximately 30–40 calls per day)
• Maintain accurate client records and case updates within CRM/case management systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous legal experience or experience working in a law firm environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using CRM platforms or case management software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
