About the Role:

The main function of a Warehouse Packer is to handle all merchandise that is packed and sealed for shipment and stack material unloaded from trucks.

Main Responsibilities:

When working on the line as a packer, there are two main positions.

Warehouse Packer

• Remove boxes of candy from conveyor and load onto pallets
• Stock tape wrapping machine
• Fold cardboard boxes to prepare for filling
• Fill boxes with bulk candy
• Close and tape boxes and stack onto pallets for transportation

Relief

• Coordinate break times for designated warehouse packers
• Fill in at each line when warehouse packer is on break to ensure line runs with no interruption

Compensation Data

The base rate for this position is $26.81 hourly. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
