We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring smooth reporting using Xero. The role will involve supporting the wider business with bookkeeping and financial administration tasks.
Duties
· Day-to-day bookkeeping duties
· Processing supplier payments
· Bank reconciliations
· Maintaining accurate financial records
· Supplier queries
· General finance and administration support
· Liaising with management and external accountants when required
Requirements & Qualifications
· Strong, proven working knowledge of Xero. (Xero Advisor Certification is highly desirable).
· Minimum of 2–3 years in a bookkeeping, accounting, or finance assistant role.
· AAT level 2 or above (or equivalent).
· Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping. Strong MS Excel skills are a plus.
· Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and the ability to work independently.
