TIPS-G Alwar is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Developer & Trainer with strong practical knowledge of modern web development technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The candidate will be responsible for software development, project execution, and delivering practical training sessions focused on industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces and scalable backend systems
• Create and integrate REST APIs
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Work on live projects and industry-oriented applications

Training & Mentorship

• Conduct practical and project-based training sessions
• Train students on Full Stack Development technologies and tools
• Guide students in assignments, projects, and assessments
• Assist students in internship and placement preparation
• Develop training materials, coding exercises, and technical documentation

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Technologies

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• React.js / Next.js
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS

Backend Technologies

• Node.js
• Express.js
• PHP or Python (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
