Originally founded in 2017 as a managed WordPress technical support service, we have since expanded to become an employer of record and grown to more than 100 team members across 7 countries.
What began as a private customer support division for one of our co-founder's previous software companies has evolved into a growing offshore staffing company.
During our first five years, we were the first company solely dedicated to providing WordPress technical support solutions to software vendors. Our commitment to quality quickly earned us recognition, and we partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry—many of whom are still with us today.
It soon became clear that our clients needed assistance in other areas of their business as well; they asked us for digital marketers, designers, chat support, PPC marketers, and more.
Initially focused on our core expertise in WordPress tech support, we began to branch out. We developed a system to match our clients with talented Filipinos in any role and achieved considerable success.
We have grown organically year by year and now have over 100 team members across seven countries. We are founder-led and highly quality-focused.
