We want to create a truly inclusive culture where all our colleagues have the confidence to be themselves. We know that all our colleagues are unique, with different skills, personalities and style. And together we make a great team.

To support us in creating a truly inclusive culture that we can all be proud of we’ve created six Colleague Resource Groups to help steer our efforts. They cover Age, Disability, Ethnicity, Gender, Pride and Wellbeing.

On disability, for example, we’re part of the Disability Confident scheme that helps employers make the most of the talents that colleag
