How would you tier the top-10 litigation shops in Texas? I’m thinking some order of: Gibson, Quinn, Susman, AZA, McKool, Lynn Pinker, Beck Redden, Yetter, Gibbs, Reynolds Frizzell

I’m an associate at QE and I feel like the stereotypes are true. People are incredibly intense, and emails fly like the middle of the workday until after midnight. Is every firm like this?

Does Quinn Emanuel have good secondment opportunities (either at clients or at its international offices?)

Does Quinn utilize paralegals? I can't find any actual open positions page on their website, so I wasn't sure. If they do, how do you find open positions?

Are there any other big law firms besides QE that allow junior/mid level associates to work remotely? Not special cases for existing associates, but new laterals.
