Every tech company has a humble beginnings story. Here’s ours: We started 25 years ago in a Chicago basement. Not long after that, we started working with a retail client who’s still with us today. A few years later we were pioneering Agile software development. Fast forward to today and there are over 5,000 ThoughtWorkers in 14 countries, and we’re growing in every region. A lot has changed since then but the important stuff stayed the same: We’re a community of passionate, purposeful individuals revolutionizing software design and delivery while advocating for positive social change.
