Visiting Professors in Human Resource Management

Job Purpose

Candidates must have a terminal/doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related area, and either a strong record of research and scholarly activity or significant professional experience as a practitioner in an applied discipline. Candidates must be research-active in their field, publish their research findings in well-recognized journals, and have prior supervisory experience (at master level). Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated excellent research and teaching at graduate level. Relevant industrial experience will be considered an advantage. Successful candidates will be expected to teach Leading, Managing & Developing People, Managing & Rewarding Performance, Developing Skills for Business Leadership and Applied Learning and Development.
