At TECHNOKids, we train teachers and students to confidently use TECHNOKids materials, resources, and tools, making learning more effective and fun.

As a Curriculum Support Officer (CSO), you’ll be the go-to person for schools, guiding them through technology and helping solve everyday challenges.

This role is perfect for those who love teaching, problem-solving, and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Teach teachers and students how to use software and IT tools.
Plan and conduct training programs that develop practical digital skills.
Visit schools (fieldwork) to support training and build strong relationships with educators.
Help solve tech problems and improve learning experiences.
Track training results, collect feedback, and share insights with the team.
Suggest creative ways to make tech learning more engaging.
Represent TECHNOKids professionally in all school and client interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Education, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in common productivity and software tools
Comfortable navigating basic IT software and applications
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Experience in customer service, training, or tech support is a plus.
