First and foremost, we’re looking for someone with proven experience in recruiting for digital and technology roles – ideally within a consultancy environment, although this isn’t essential. You’ll be confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of positions, from engineers and product professionals through to leadership roles.
You’ll need to be highly organised and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, often with competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential – you’ll work closely with hiring managers to define requirements, shape hiring strategies and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
You’ll have experience sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct outreach, networks and referrals, rather than relying solely on inbound applications. You’ll be comfortable assessing both technical capability and cultural alignment, ensuring we consistently hire individuals who will thrive at Atomic.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Atomic, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire talent. You’ll partner closely with our leadership and delivery teams, gaining a deep understanding of our business and the types of individuals who succeed here.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from role briefing and attraction strategy through to offer and onboarding. You’ll ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage, acting as an ambassador for Atomic and building strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
Beyond delivery, you’ll also contribute to improving our hiring approach. This could include refining job adverts, optimising interview processes, enhancing employer branding and identifying new ways to attract top talent in a competitive market.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering great hiring outcomes and who understands the impact that the right people can have on a growing business. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented and genuinely care about both candidate and stakeholder experience.
If you feel your skills and experience are what we’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you.
