Seeking an Experienced Clinical Ops Software Developer AWS
Onsite | Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Ops Software Developer AWSwith 5+ years of experience to join a long-term project within a leading organization. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing healthcare, clinical, and payer applications, ensuring system stability, security, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working with Healthcare Provider, Clinical, and Payer applications

• Batch job handling, debugging, and job scheduling

• Software change management processes

• Identification and handling of system vulnerabilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Weekend on-call support on a rotating basis

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills Required:

With 5+ years of experience, you must be proficient in the following technologies:

• AWS (Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, SQS, S3, CodePipeline)

• SQL Server

• ServiceNow

• Experience working in cloud-based enterprise environments

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of Java

• Familiarity with the HAWKEYE tool

• Experience with AS400, DB2, MySQL, FSX filesystem, SnapLogic

• Python or Node.js

• JBoss and IIS Services

• Jira

• ETL knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Advanced English (C1 level or higher)

• Strong soft skills: proactive, team-oriented, empathetic, responsible, and committed

• Availability for onsite work and weekend on-call support

Location & Schedule:

• Onsite position in Guadalajara, Jalisco

• Candidates from Mexico City are welcome if willing to relocate

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

• Weekend on-call support (rotational)

• Only candidates residing in Mexico
