Service Technician Intern

As Service Technician Trainee, you will be responsible in providing technical assistance and support on site, as directed by the assigned senior techs/PMS Engineer or Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment
• Support junior & senior technicians
• Assist in Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of various kitchen equipment

Minimum Qualification:

• Technical CompetenciesBasic equipment knowledge - familiarity with kitchen equipments (oven, ranges, fryers, chillers & freezers, showcase, ice machines, gelato machines)
• Preventive maintenance - understanding and assisting in routine maintenance task.
• Troubleshooting Basics - Learning to identify common equipment issues & how to respond.
• Installation support - ability to assist in the installation of kitchen equipments under supervisionTools handling - safe & proper use of basic hand tools & power tools

Preferred Courses:

• Refrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanic (Vocational)
• Eletro Mechanical Technology (Vocational)
• Electrical & Installation Maintenance (Vocational)
• Bachelor of Engineering Technology
