The Spring Mall, Kuching.

Job Requirement:

Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment.

Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees.

Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inventory and merchandising.

Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.

Knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
