SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

Job Description:

Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s image.

Key Requirements:

Ideal to have at least 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.
Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the ability to uphold the brand’s image.
Proficiency in Chinese dialect is required to cater to China / Taiwan / Hong Kong Patrons
