Python Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and build modularized server-side API scripting applications
• Work in an agile/scrum environment under low supervision.
• Create functional and technical solutions which help ease the digital gap of a business group.
• Ensure the stability of the assigned application which helps the client (internal group continue with respective business processes.
• Manage code with an understanding of maintainability which documentation is a must.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the following technologies:
  • MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • Odoo
  • JavaScript (NodeJS)
  • Python 2.x and up (Django, Flask)
  • AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Cache, VPC, Cloud Watch, IAM, SNS)
  • AWS Lambda is a plus
• Has a great understanding in database management and interpretation
• Front-end development is a plus
• Team player, service oriented and possess a “can do” attitude
• Physically fit, may require travel to different project sites and must be fluent in English
