Why This Role Exists

This role exists to make sure every request, schedule, and coordination point is handled properly.

You are responsible for keeping operations clean, communication clear, and deliverables on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main contact person for school clients (emails, messages, requests)
  • Receive and track requests from start to completion
  • Follow up consistently until tasks are done (no dead ends)
  • Coordinate with CSOs and internal teams to execute requests
  • Maintain organized trackers, files, schedules, and documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and make sure nothing is delayed or forgotten
  • Give clear and timely updates to clients and team members
  • Support programs, trainings, and operational activities
  • Handle simple issues independently and escalate properly when needed
  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

  • Requests are completed on time without constant follow-up from others
  • Clients feel informed, not confused or ignored
  • Team members trust your tracking and coordination
  • Systems stay organized and updated
  • Problems are addressed early, not when they become emergencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Administration, Business, or related fields
  • Experience in admin work, coordination, customer service, or education support is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accuracy

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
