Claims Documentation Assistant - Scanning (Fixed-term)

The Claims Documentation Assistant - Scanning is responsible for the accurate and timely digitization of all claims related documents. He or She performs tasks involving the collection, review, scanning, and organization of claims documents (ex: billing statements, RCS forms, charge slips, medical records etc.) as part of the company’s objective of high-volume conversion of paper files to electronic files in cloud storage for efficient file retrieval.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of any 4 years Business course or Senior High

• Diligent, organized, and highly detail oriented.
• Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates sound judgment.
• Can handle confidential information
• Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, decision-making, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
