Administrative Officer

Quezon City

The DCAS Services Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative, operational, and logistical activities that support the daily operations of the Data Center site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage site billing and financial administration processes, including the timely and accurate submission of reimbursements, liquidations, and related documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of office supplies and materials to support business operations.
  • Serve as the custodian of employee onboarding and offboarding documents, including New Staff Orientation and Exit Clearance forms, ensuring proper routing, approval, filing, and safekeeping of records.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate calendar invitations for Data Center site health reviews, deep-dive reporting sessions, and other operational meetings.
  • Actively participate in DCAS Tower initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative and logistical support for emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, pandemic response plans, first-aid inventory management, and battle box inventory maintenance across sites.
  • Procure supplies and equipment as required to support operational and emergency readiness needs.
  • Provide administrative support to tower leaders and cross-functional teams, including assistance with training coordination, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and client requirements in all administrative activities.
  • Perform additional duties, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by Management within the scope of the role.

Employment Type: Project-Based
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
