Too many people involved without proper coordination. Different team members give conflicting instructions, and it’s unclear who’s actually managing what. This lack of internal alignment creates confusion.
On my last assignment, I was confirmed for a video job but never received the assets or any proper follow-up, so, after months, I had to cancel. Since then and over the past two years, the team has reached out multiple times to check for availability, but each time the process has ended in silence or ghosting, with no project follow-through.
It's a frustrating dynamic, especially for freelancers who rely on stable and respectful communication. While the original collaboration was smooth, the lack of consistency and clarity in their current processes makes it hard to recommend them as a reliable client. As a freelancer, this kind of behavior is exhausting and unprofessional.
