Ventajas
I joined eCW as fresher and passed 6 years in this organisation. It is very good company to work as it fulfils all your basic needs. Work culture is very good, TL’s , Mentors will help you if you got stuck somewhere in your assigned work. Every work flow is predefined here so it is easy for fresher and new joiners to dig in and start working. eCW provides added advantage like health insurance of your parents and children which is very good factor. Adding to it shares the profit among employees so it is just like cherry on cake for employees as it will directly go in their pockets. There are enough leaves and very employee friendly policies. Free door to door pickup and drop is available. So eCW is full package which includes almost everything one can expect from private firm.
Desventajas
After some point of time you fill like the work is monotonous and same everyday, which I think is not good for an individual. For getting promotion you need to sign bond which according to me is not healthy in professional world.
