Poor communication. Called and left messages and emails. No one returned any of them.

MANAGEMENT / LEADERSHIP I'm speaking from a 5-year tenure experience at this company. The first 3-4 years were great, the COO was great. Great communications, known in the HIM field - that means she brought a lot of big clients. After she left, we've had at least 6-7 management changed and that says a lot about a company. The current COO doesn't even have a bachelor's degree, just fyi. LACK OF ADVANCEMENT If you are a person of color, unfortunately, you will not be selected for management or leadership positions. Just take a look at their poll of leadership. ;) We've had a lot of highly qualified employees that left during my years at this company due to the fact that there's no room for advancement. I think the new COO was the only one that was promoted among everyone because she is best friends with the owner. :) LACK OF DIVERSITY Representation is important. Diversity is important. We live in the 2022 century. Cultural diversity and cultural sensitivity need to be taught to the leadership. Leadership is composed of 100% Caucasian. They recently hired an African American lady, but I can guarantee she will probably leave because this place is toxic. We've had many people like her in the past. They stayed for 2-3 months and leave. BENEFITS They offer some type of benefits but not as great as other companies. No educational benefits. HUMAN RESOURCES They do not have one and this is a family-owned business. FEEDBACK Leadership does not care if you do well or meet productivity/quality standards. They focus on the negative.

Our Director of Audit and Education earned a Doctorate in Business (DBA), RHIT, CPMA, CCS, and PMP. Our Strategic Client Executive has an MHA, RHIA, CCS, CDIP, CRC, and FAHIMA. These are only a few examples of our well rounded and accomplished team. We’re proud of the education and industry experience of our leaders. Our goal is always to promote from within, but we are dedicated to securing the best talent and most qualified individuals for each role. Sometimes this goal requires us to seek external candidates who have a greater skillset and experience to deliver our brand promise, “exceptional services provided with unrelenting client focus”. One of our core values is focused on the high level of service we provide our client partners, so we do monitor quality and productivity on an ongoing basis. We work with our team regularly when quality and productivity fall below standards. Each year we have improved and expanded on the benefits we offer our employees and their families. We provide a variety of insurance offerings including medical, vision and dental plans, life insurance, 401K with company match, employee assistance program, PTO, holidays, and more. Additionally, we do offer free CEUs to all employees via a well-respected education platform. We do have an HR Department, a full time HR Director, and recruitment, benefits, and payroll services. We are adding even more HR resources in the coming months. You are correct that we have awesome clients!
