1. Unprofessional HRs 2. Manager is worst 3. No salary date consistency 4. No PF from 1 year even though deducted 5. 0 respect to appointment letter mentioned employee rights And all other red flags too

Ive been worked as a java developer for over 4 plus years of experience. Team lead is very much helpful and supportive whenever needed. As a fresher you'll get a scope to learn everything from scratch.

Pay is very less when compared with industry. I think as a fresher that can be ignored. Growing from fresher to senior level based on the skillset they'll pay you.
