Ventajas

Unfortunately, my experience did not present any notable positives.

Desventajas

- C-suite management was not only micromanaging but also blatantly incompetent, often making decisions that hindered productivity and morale. - Favoritism was rampant, with certain employees receiving undue advantages while others were overlooked, creating a toxic and divisive atmosphere. - There was a complete lack of transparency and accountability within c-suite leadership, making it impossible to trust or rely on management. - Communication was poor, with unrealistic expectations placed on employees without proper support or guidance. - There was no meaningful effort to support employee well-being or foster a healthy work-life balance, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction. - The overall culture was toxic, with c-suite leadership dismissing concerns and showing no genuine interest in retaining talent or improving the workplace.

Ventajas

Great firm with wonderful people that make it an enjoyable place to work. Team oriented atmosphere. The firm is strategically growing out its practice groups and geographic presence.

Desventajas

None come to mind for me

Ventajas

The people that I support in my practice group.

Desventajas

Overworked. Told to only work 35 hours per week as the firm doesn't want to pay overtime. Horrible raises and bonuses. There are no 401k contributions made by the firm for employee's retirement. Health insurance is horrible and expensive. Management is a joke and you get no help or support from them. They are clueless as to what is happening in each office. Each practice group has different rules as to the number of days you are expected to be in the office. Some groups never have their paralegals come into the office. Another practice group requires his paralegal to be in the office 3 days a week, but permitted his second paralegal to move to the West Coast and work 100% remote. Work place is toxic. Turnover rate is high.
