There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

There had also been considerable strategic repositioning while the company was already in the middle of a major transition. Shifting direction during an ongoing transformation has only created more uncertainty internally, and employees appear hesitant to speak openly about concerns. Overall morale appears low.
