- Archaic approach to recruitment in many ways - Micromanagement MAD - Lacking a lot of software/tools that most of competitors have had for a long time - Salaries are below the average across all levels - Commission structure is a one size fits all which doesn't account for differences across regions and verticals which handicaps some consultants on certain markets - BD entirely reliant on cold calling - expected to update your managers with your call numbers at lunch and again at the end of the day. I honestly feel this suffocates people and kills innovation and prevents you from seeing what some people are truly capable of
