      Ventajas

      It's an amazing place to work with amazing peers and people I am glad to still call my friends. You get great discounts on skincare products and it's a very dynamic workplace with lots of opportunity to contribute outside of your specialty.

      Desventajas

      Lacking in middle managers. Most managers are MBAs with background in Finance with little "people management" experience. C Level and VPs are amazingly nice people but still are treated like Gods by office admin and managers. Everyone in the company complies with their word as if it was biblical scripture. People are afraid to say no or at least challenge/question decisions. No work from home. Not even for the tech side. No free food, or snacks or anything. Not a tech company.

      where can I begin.. this place is scary. marketing team runs almost everything but is the most incompetent group of marketers in the industry. there is no strategy, just chasing trends at least 2 years too late. all good ideas are shut down and it ultimately comes down to doing whatever the founder wants. she claims she's not involved anymore but secretly uses people internally to get things to go her way and causes so much spin and toxicity.
