Ventajas
I work with as part of a great team of knowledgeable IT Professionals. As such, if I ever run into an issue that I cannot resolve on my own, I know exactly who I can turn to for advice and guidance. Our office has a friendly yet productive atmosphere. Everyone here is easy to get along with and ready to assist each other in order to allow our team to succeed and our company to grow. We also have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Taking and passing certification exams is encouraged and costs associated with that are covered by the company. Also, the company itself is constantly growing and gaining new clients providing us with dynamic yet challenging work.
Desventajas
The only con I can think of is our small team size. However, as our company is always growing we'll gain new team members to assist with the additional work load.
