Ventajas
There are some great staff members. Decent benefits.
Desventajas
No security for patients with extremely high acuity. I have seen multiple staff getting assaulted by patients, who are them threatened by admin not to press charges.
Administration is awful and only worried about their money. It's a well known secret that if they save money in the budget that they will get a substantial bonus at the end of the yr. None of the employees get the same bonus. They locked the employees out of half of the bathrooms so they could have executive bathrooms. They would rather pay a brand new person way more than a seasoned employee, but refuse to give raises to seasoned employees to make it more fair.
Overall, the patients are appreciative to those awesome staff, but the environment is highly toxic.
