Desventajas
PTO is automatically used for call offs and most of the time Management won't notify you of this instance until the day you requested off. Lack of leadership, everyone is focused on Tonnage goals that aren't realistic to the amount of work that is given to us on a daily basis. The management team is more focused on appearance rather than the actual problems in the shop. A very modern minded company, if you know you know.
