Insurance options and coverage are good

I highly recommend to not work for this company. They do not value their employees, or respect them for that matter either. They said whatever they needed to say to get me in the door when it was all a bunch of lies. They said they had a 3% turnover rate, when in reality they've never kept a recruiter for more than 3 years and have fired people for questionable reasons. The "commission structure" is deceiving and not realistic. The management there are a bunch of rich materialistic people who talk about the fancy things they have and do, while their employees have to hustle long hours and come up with "consequences" for not reaching a goal. They teach you to be sexist, ageist, and racist to "find the right fit." There's a reason there's only one location and this company has been in existence for almost 16 years. There is no room for growth beyond the existing management.

Honestly, none! The pace can be fast because the company is growing and evolving quickly, but it’s exciting, not overwhelming.
