Amazing coworkers and excellent benefits with high growth

Desventajas

Constantly changing. You will assume different roles or made redundant even as a top peformer just within months of starting and have little oversight and input. Lots of internal promotion which leads to toxic middle managers. The wellness benefits are purely performative and the company does not care about your long term growth. Hours on par with my previous investment banking roles. One of the worst cultures I’ve ever experienced.

Ventajas

It has started moving much faster than in prior years and there's a lot of emphasis on moving fast through AI. The culture is still pretty fun and it feels like you're working for a fun product

Desventajas

Spotify, as an app, is trying to find out what the next ten years look like for them. Right now leadership is experimenting with different directions and features so expect ambiguity and changing of scope and orgs
