As with any new role, transitioning into a new area of practice can be challenging, especially when balancing client demands with learning new content. However, the team offers great support to help you succeed, and any challenges were well-managed with the right resources in place.

The company is built on strong values and the people are deeply motivated to support the families accessing services in an affirming and strengths focused way. They are quite flexible and empowered me to develop my clinical skillset in specific areas. The systems are super and the leadership team are so well organised.

The clinics are located in great locations, I lived far away so the commute was tricky.
