Location was terrible, right at the heart of Westwood where traffic congests. Once Motorola bought out the company, all operations was a game of hot potato; nobody knew what their jobs were, so pass all questions on to someone else.
No room for growth.
HR was the worst, took weeks/months to respond to email/communication inquires. They bragged how their work load become so much lighter since Motorola took over. No more involvement with payroll, benefits, time off, onboarding, investigations etc.
Before they first hire you, they want to speak with references right away by phone. If you use Silvus as a reference, be prepared to be told you have to email HR, and wait weeks for them to respond.
Their operations aren't meant for a standard corporate building either. Constantly new suite acquisitions in the building, playing musical chairs with every department. Most departments have a solid 2-4 months of staying in one spot before being rushed off to other part of the building. They've also been through 3 CFOs in 5 years.
