1. Conglomerate, so experience gained (if working in the central or head-office) is broad. 2. Good chance to learn about various operations because you could ask for transfers from one department to the other when there are openings. 3. Can earn a good salary but the workload is not well managed.
Desventajas
1. Poor work ethic especially among locals that are poorly educated. 2. No proper HR department. 3. Lacks strategic direction. 4. Lacks a consistent message to staff. 5. Top down management run with an authoritative style where upper management have no say and in turn, middle management have no say, and in turn, supervisors and employees have no say - no one has an opinion but the CEO. 6. Staff asked to perform unethical acts at times. 7. Terrible interdepartmental fighting and struggling.
