Ventajas
The company did offer flexible PTO, matching benefits, and the opportunity to keep all flight and hotel points. However, these benefits were not enough to outweigh the negative aspects of working at RethinkEd. I would not recommend this company to others seeking a positive and supportive work environment.
Desventajas
Unfortunately, my experience working in Professional Services at RethinkEd was not a positive one. The excessive micromanaging from the regional director and VP created a toxic work environment that made it difficult to thrive. The equipment provided was old and constantly needed troubleshooting, which only added to the frustration. In addition, there was a lot of backbiting among colleagues, making the overall environment unhealthy. In my time there, I witnessed talented individuals leave while seeing incompetent people receive promotions or have their friends hired, regardless of their qualifications. The company failed to tap into the strengths of their team and often made rushed changes without considering the impact on staff. Also, take notice of the dates of when reviews are made, they have a day where they all go on and say something positive to counteract the true reviews.
