      Ventajas

      While remote work is a bit harder on socializing and having a great culture at a company, this is the first time in my career that I feel like I am part of the team, and that I have a purpose driving the company towards the goal. Great teamwork and flexibility to express my insights.

      Ventajas

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      Desventajas

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
