      1. Has a good work environment. 2. Has Flexible timing. 3. Has a very talented and cooperative team to work with. 4. You will be put in touch with various top business apps that will prove useful in the future. 5. The management is very easy to approach.

      Desventajas

      There aren't any cons to this company other than the fact that they don't provide lunch facilities (You will have to buy lunch from outside or bring your lunch from home).

      Ventajas

      If you are a beginner, then its right place to learn. They have some big project and a big client. Salary is on time.

      Desventajas

      If you get that big project then you will be working on a specific module. You won't get a chance to explore more. Master team is working in US. So you will work under them, whatever they say you have to implement. It's a small office which maintaining existing employee and team size does not improve much.
