It has turned away from being there for the members and now it’s all about money and cheating it’s way to being number 1 roadside company any in WA. They don’t care who they step on to get there. The staff in the call center cop ssssoooo much abuse from members regarding the prices going up so much, how many questions we have to ask them while they are on the phone. It feels like we are diving into their personal lives and we are being nosy
