      The people who have lower grades make the place work well despite all the obstacles that are caused by poor management .

      Desventajas

      The management seem to drive straight up to problems an then think about taking avoidance action . Not the best strategy .

      Pay was average Staff members were professional no one ever got too personal that I know of Hours were great

      Desventajas

      Point system sucked! one of the managers tried to discourage me during training I just had gave birth and she was very inconsiderate but I got through it and received my certificate and the funny thing I was one of their top employees. Go figure!
