Very patient centered company... one of the things that is different is that all of the managers are also therapists so they have the clinical knowledge to understand and contribute to patient care. This also helps balance the scales between both the business and clinical sides of things... There are no sign-on bonuses. From what I hear base pay isn't as competitive.
