Ventajas

Amazing organization and team! Obsessed about customer experience and truly act with integrity. Team members challenge and support each other. Leadership encourages new ideas and empowers their team. They roll up their sleeves and work hard together, but know how to play hard too. Team members have many opportunities throughout the year to give back to the local community side-by-side with their managers and co-workers. Truly a unique culture and company that is making a positive impact.

Ventajas

I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

Desventajas

I can't think of anything.

Ventajas

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

Desventajas

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
