- Frequent layoffs that create insecurity across the team. - Complete lack of clarity from leadership. Priorities constantly change (the company is run by two brothers and their right hand), which creates instability. - Constant role changes without any incentive or salary adjustment. Most of the time, no one clearly knows what their responsibilities are. - Decisions are made without real data analysis, often based more on personal criteria (from the 2 brothers and their right hand) than on solid information. - Toxic environment and clear favoritism (promotions without objective criteria). - No salary increases. - In my case, I announced I was getting married and was fired shortly after. Overall, there are serious issues with leadership, organization, stability, and company culture. Avoid this company, I wouldn't recommend it.
