Equity is very deceiving and one mostly won’t get it unless you are SGL 18 or higher. Annual comp is heavy on bonus. Too much bonus manipulation within management. HR and Talent have the most idiotic performance management process one has ever seen. It would pissed EE’s off if they saw how managers and HR handle ratings and bonuses, Equity. Most Corporate overhead roles make your life miserable to the point of wanting to go postal. They are in a constant state of justify their existence through buearacracy and forms. HR, Talent and L&D are being lead by complete fools who cannot lead, and will eventual be fired because they run good people out of the company based on DEI and ego. Corporate HQ people are deplorable. Some are legit, but P66 has transformed them into monsters. C-suite has zero capability to lead, strategize and will probably get the boot by the board sooner rather than later. Like it or not, P66 lost big in the Propel Fuels litigation, and the company can never stand on a morale high ground or ethics. They stole and got caught. And by the way, how many people in Field OPS have died under this leadership team, as well as historically at P66? They hurt and kill people. Period... Elliot Mgt and the C-suite are at war, and Elliot will win and take down P66 one way or another. They have laid-off consistently for 8 years, and its on the down-low, but Field OPS is getting hit in the next 6-12 months; more corporate roles will be leaned out as well. If you are not a need or revenue generating center, you are most likely gone.
