Leadership is reactive rather than proactive, and decision-making is slow and disconnected from reality. This dysfunction spills over to clients, 95% of whom regularly express frustration over delays and unresponsiveness. Instead of addressing these systemic issues, leadership continues to deflect, creating even more pressure on front-line staff. Hard work and results mean nothing here. If you’re not in the “favorites club,” you’ll be overlooked, ignored, or blamed when things go wrong. If you value clarity, fairness, and professional growth, you won’t find it here. Do yourself a favor and stay far away - there are far better companies out there that will value your time, effort, and sanity.
