Good people. Have alot of friends i met and worked with.

Horrible culture. Arrogant separation from "office" and "Production staff". Upper management is tone deaf. Take advantage of employees willing to step up and fill the void. Zero compensation. You will never make more than bare minimum they can pay you. Even if promoted. You will never be paid what they said the position was going to pay. Stuck in 1990's mentality. Cant ever ask about money or compensation. You are expected to do your job and, asking for a raise is considered selfish and grounds to never promote you. And this branches Human Resource officer....., good god. I had to follow up and push, push, push everytime I made a change to my bank or benefits. Completely arrogant, snobby, and incompetent. Not to mention..., she is never there. Always "out of the office".
