The CEO is a wonderful person- leaving soon to retire, he was the creator of this grass roots company.

Vague commissions/inaccurate commission statements; payment is 90-120 days, the lowest commissions in industry. Leadership is focused soley on their own book of business, not on developing a teams, there is chaotic workflow system; the clients are lost in the system and become frustrated for the extreme amount of time to complete applications with multiple service and marketing personal, interacting randomly with the client prospect, instead of one producer, start to finish. The company has no HR department, no one even qualified to represent an HR dept, there is more nepotism in every department and level than I have ever seen in any company.
