Ability to source any customers you can (not territory-specifc). Great co-workers that have fun with each other. You have the ability to work remotely if you are in the sales department. Management does their best to help you win business (everyday opportunities and forecasted sales).
Desventajas
Pockets of poor leadership and unfortunately, no training done on product lines or selling.Lack of communication between departments which can sometimes make it challenging to consistently follow through on every order you have going out for a customer while balancing your sales cycle.
